Dalton Doyle, a 6-time winner in the Pathfinder Bank SBS division and one of the top fabricators in the pit area, has been tabbed as the driver of the Syrell Racing 350-Supermodified in 2019 at Oswego Speedway.
After competing in the quarter midget and go-karts ranks, Doyle turned his first laps in an SBS machine at Oswego Speedway in 2011. By 2012, Doyle was a weekly threat in his family owned No. 01 machine and in 2013 won his first two SBS main events.
In 2014, Doyle made a big step by building his own SBS chassis and just one year later pulled the car into victory lane twice and wheeled it to a third place finish in the series championship, a career best.
Two more Top 5 finishes in the SBS standings in 2017 and 2018, have Doyle primed for the move to the 350-division this season in the Syrell Racing Graves chassis, which will carry the No. 08.
